Sonali desi chickens are raised over 75 to 90 days in semi free-range conditions and fed on Azolla Moringa and BSF larvae. Broilers are raised indoors in 35 to 42 days. Sonali chicken has firmer meat richer traditional flavour and no antibiotics or growth hormones.
